Temporary buildings: types and features
Relocatable industrial units are temporary structures that allow companies to get more storage space almost straight away. They’re ideal for large-scale projects that require a lot of extra storage but lack the budget for full-scale upgrade.
Relocatables are cheap and easy to install no foundations required – just a flat surface! Warehouses can set up temporary tunnels next to their already existing headquarters whenever they need more room. for example when the company has seasonal output variability, or to facilitate a link between two pre-existing blocks. It could also take the form of a stand-alone structure to shelter working equipment from inclement weather.
Different types of temporary tunnels can be arranged to suit, each with its closing system and roof.
The building is made of PVC textile roof and sidewalls. The front and back ends have a variety of open/close mechanisms, including manual sliding curtains and roll-up and fold-up doors.
In most cases, a gable roof is the best cover for a porch. However, it is possible to provide a single slope roof if there are specific architectural and landscape restraints.
In certain countries, it is possible to get tax reductions for rented buildings. Refer to local rates for information on the tax reduction.

Manufacturing and installation of temporary buildings
Temporary industrial buildings are capable of being self-supporting because of their sliding mechanisms. They are highly flexible because of wheels that move them around, which are treated with lubricating oils and anti-derailment devices.
To meet the needs of clients, movable temporary buildings are individually custom-built. We ask clients to choose how they want their building closed and if they want any accessories installed.
It is easy to set up. The setup time is usually a maximum of 60 days.
Steel structures are made of galvanized steel and fire-retardant-treated PVC sheet. Although most people are familiar with the benefits of steel, they are not as aware of PVC’s qualities. Combining these two materials results in durable, strong structures that are also fire-resistant.
